RETURN POLICY

Effective date: 1 June 2021

Take note that the ICARD PROFILE is not refundable as time, effort and expertise was bought in the design and publication thereof.  The first year of hosting the ICARD PROFILE is free and you are therefore only paying for the design and publication, not any hosting fees for the first year.  The subscription free invoiced from the second year, and every year thereafter, will be for the hosting of the ICARD PROFILE and not the design thereof.

Before the product (i.e. the card, the tag, the wristband etc) is sent to you (“the buyer”) it will be tested and checked to verify your contact detail and other links.  A screenshot of your ICARD profile will be forwarded to you via whatsapp, telegram or email before your parcel will be couriered.  There should be no reason why you would want to return the product and request a refund. 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order within 3 (three) days of receipt, please send us an email to hello@icard.vip with REFUND as the subject.  We will then instruct you with the procedure of returning the product to our offices.  Courier/postage fee for returning the product to our offices will be for your own cost.

We will provide you with a refund of your purchase within 7 (seven) working days once we are in receipt of the product and only if the product is still in the brand new condition as it was sent to you. If the product is not in a perfect condition upon receipt, we will contact you to discuss the refund.
